Equipment Description
This is a manual edge-folding machine suitable for the edge-folding process of polymer lithium-ion cells. The equipment uses an AirTAC cylinder and solenoid valve together with a time relay; the mechanical section adopts high-frequency electroplated guide rods, Bakelite, and 45# steel (hard-chrome plated). The upper folding blade is made of SKD11 steel, and the front folding blade is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
