Equipment Description
Working principle: a cam-driven force-transmission mechanism produces intermittent motion in the equipment. The machine uses a copper-bush guided seat combined with a high-precision, high-frequency guide rod to generate the large pressing force needed to compress the battery can and cap to the dimensions required by the process, thereby achieving battery sealing. Performance features: integrated electromechanical design, PLC control, low energy consumption, low cost, high efficiency, and high precision.
