Product Description

Equipment Description

This equipment is mainly used for the pressure testing of cylindrical-battery combination caps and the air-tightness inspection of the sealed cap-to-can joint. Test functions include: air-tightness testing (measuring the pressure value of the cap and the sealed head), pull-strength testing of the welded joint between the cap connector and the explosion-proof disc, and printing of the test results.

Basic Configuration

No. Component Description
1 Frame Built from 30×30 mm standard aluminum profile; upper layer houses the control/electrical box; lower layer has a safety guard cover; finished in computer-white baking paint.
2 Test Set One complete test unit for cap pressure and air-tightness inspection.
3 Needle-Puncture Mold One set of cylindrical-type needle-puncture mold; puncture-hole diameter 2.0 mm.
4 Gas System High-pressure test gas piping and venting/discharge system, using bottled nitrogen.
5 Pneumatic Components AirTAC pneumatic parts for stable, repeatable actuation.
6 Front Door Transparent PC board with safety-door interlock switch for operator protection.
