Equipment Description
This equipment is used for the grooving (rolling-slot) process of rechargeable Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, and cylindrical lithium batteries. The grooving machine is controlled by a PLC, intermediate relay, and time relay that coordinate the actions of each cylinder. The motor drives the main body at high speed to perform uniform automatic grooving on the cylindrical steel can that holds the cell core. Applicable steel-can model: 21700.
